"When my son and daughter were looking for a facility for me, they walked in and directly out of two other facilities. When they walked into Montgomery Care Center the very first thing they noticed was how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The Administrator even allowed my daughter to have her Bridal Shower in the dining room. Since I was unable to go to her shower, they brought it to me! The therapy department is wonderful. They work me to death, but I love them. They are all just miracle workers. I attend an activity almost every day. When I am unable to go out to my church, I attend the services here at Montgomery Care Center. I love the activities here, you can stay as busy as you want or just rest quietly in your room. "Just a quick note to express my complete satisfaction with your entire staff while I convalesced in your facility. If the experience had been average or routine, I wouldn't take the time to write you. As you are well aware, the state grades facilities such as yours in several different categories on a scale with one being the lowest. I just wanted you to know that your staff would get all fives in my evaluation. Particularly impressive was the food and presentation. It was obvious that someone had taken the time to make the plate appealing as well as good. This is a rarity since I now have both knees and hips replaced and know what institutional food looks, and tastes like. Your entire staff, day and night, were great. I hope I don't have to come back to your facility with more parts falling off, but should the need arise, Montgomery would be my first choice. Again, thanks to you and your entire staff.
